PLEASE READ: All residents 18 years of age and older MUST fill out an
individual waiver. If a household has minors (individuals under the age of 18) residing in the home, all minors must be recorded on the waiver of one of the minor’s parent’s waivers.
IMPORTANT: A waiver must be filled out by a minor's parent or guardian, if a resident plans to bring a guest who is a MINOR. Residents may not sign a waiver on behalf of a non-Kentlands resident minor.

Court use is on a first-come, first-serve basis for one-hour maximum use while others are waiting.
