Pickleball at Kentlands
All Kentlands residents 18 years of age and older MUST have a completed waiver on file.
If a household has minors (individuals under the age of 18), all minors must be listed on the waiver of one of the minor’s parent’s waivers.

IMPORTANT
If a resident plans to bring a guest who is a MINOR, the minor's parent or guardian MUST fill out this waiver. Residents may not sign a waiver on behalf of a non-Kentlands resident minor.

WHAT IS PICKLEBALL?
Pickleball is a paddle sport combining many elements of tennis, table tennis, and badminton. Like tennis, pickleball is played on a court with two players (singles) or four players (doubles) with a player’s goal to hit a small perforated hollow polymer ball over a 36" high net using a solid faced paddle.
Rules are specific to pickleball and specify side-out scoring. Learn more about playing here.
