General Manager: Ramon Espin CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Ramon Espin is the General Manager of the Kentlands Citizens Assembly and has been since August 2020. Ramon has an extensive background in the community associations industry and holds the world's most prestigious, respected and recognized PCAM credential for association managers. He is a highly trained and qualified manager with 19 years of experience in the property management industry, with over 12 years of direct dedication to various homeowners associations, condominium associations and professional office park condominiums throughout Montgomery County, MD. Ramon oversees the day to day operations of the community and works together with the excellent staff, KCA president and the Board of Trustees to ensure that property values are maintained (or increased) while keeping the harmony of community living.
Office Manager: Sandy Al-Nazer
Sandy Al-Nazer has been with the Kentlands Citizens Assembly's for 21 years. Sandy is responsible for accounts payable, titleholder account inquiries and overseeing and scheduling the part time front desk staff.
Communications & Events Director: Laura Douglas
Laura Douglas has been with the Kentlands Citizens Assembly as their Communications and Events Director since March 2019. Laura has a background in communications and public relations as she uses this in her day to day role. Her main focus is event planning, editing and creating content for the community bi-monthly newsletter, The Express and The Town Crier, the community's newspaper. Laura's role is also to serve as a coordinator for the Activities Committee.
Resident Services: Robin Robinson
Robin has been the at the Resident Services Representative at the Kentlands since 2017. Robin's responsibilities are to answer general questions about the community and is responsible for court reservations, Clubhouse rentals, and amenity passes.
