STAFF MEMBERS:
General Manager: Terry Anderson
Terry Anderson has been active in the industry for many years serving on the Prince Georges County Commission on Common Ownership as a Commissioner for a period of two years and currently serving on the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership as a Commissioner. During her tenure with the Montgomery County Commission, she received training as a certified mediator. Additionally, Terry is one of the primary trainers that perform the mandatory Board Training required for Board Members in Montgomery County.
Kentlands has established a high level of standards and raises the bar for nearby associations. Collaborative efforts together with the President, Board of Trustees, Committee Members, and Management Team are an integral part to maintain property values and Terry is happy to be part of the continued success. It is her goal to work together and carry out the same vision of making Kentlands, the perfect place to call home.
Assistant Manager: Amir Ibrahim
Amir has over 10 years in the property management industry. He began working in the field as a leasing consultant. Amir has worked in rental communities as well as HOA’s throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Amir will serve as the staff liaison between the Kentlands Historic Trust and the Board of Code Compliance.
Office Manager: Sandy Al-Nazer
Sandy Al-Nazer has been with the Kentlands Citizens Assembly's for 25 years. Sandy is responsible for accounts payable, titleholder account inquiries and overseeing and scheduling the part-time front desk staff.
Communications and Activities Director:
The Communications and Events Director of the Kentlands has experience in coordinating and managing events across multiple industries. He/she is responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events. The main goal is establishing relationships with vendors, staff, and more importantly with our residents.
Resident Services: Robin Robinson
Robin has been the Resident Services Representative at the Kentlands since 2017. Robin's responsibilities are to answer general questions about the community and is responsible for Clubhouse rentals, and amenity passes.
