General Manager: Gail Fishkin-Ogle, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Gail Fishkin-Ogle comes to the Kentlands' Citizens Assembly with over 11 years of HOA experience in large scale communities. Gail holds three community designations including the PCAM designation, the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. In her role as the General Manager, she manages the day to day operations of the community through the policies of the Board and the KCA Governing Documents while serving as the coordinator of the Budget & Finance Advisory Committee (BFAC) and Environmental Management/Arts & Ornamentation Committee (EMC).
Assistant Manager: José Palacios, CMCA®
José Palacios has been the Assistant Manager of the Kentlands Citizens Assembly since 2017. Earning the designation of CMCA, a national certification for property managers, he uses his experience to oversee the community’s covenant process, to include inspections, disclosures, and all Visual Change Applications (VCA). In his role as the Assistant Manger, he serves as the coordinator for the Kentlands Historical Trust (KHT) and the Board of Code Compliance (BOCC) committees.
Communications & Events Director: Laura Douglas
Laura Douglas has been with the Kentlands Citizens Assembly as their Communications and Events Director since March 2019. Laura has a background in communications and public relations as she uses this in her day to day role. Her main focus is event planning, editing and creating content for the community bi-monthly newsletter The Express and The Town Crier the community's newspaper. Laura's role is also to serve as a coordinator for the Communications Committee and Activities Committee.
Office Manager: Sandy Al-Nazer
Sandy Al-Nazer has been with the Kentlands Citizens Assembly's for 21 years. Sandy is responsible for accounts payable, titleholder account inquiries, and overseeing and scheduling the part time front desk staff.
Resident Services: Robin Robinson
Robin has been at the Kentlands for two years serving as the Resident Services Representative. Robin is there to answer any general questions about the community and is responsible for court reservations, Clubhouse rentals, and amenity passes.
