Fitness Center

Open to residents daily from 4 am-11 pm.

All guests must be accompanied by a Kentlands resident
No person under the age of twelve (12) may enter or use the exercise room, unless accompanied by a person age sixteen (16) or greater.
The use of fitness equipment shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommended restrictions.
All residents 18 years of age and older MUST fill out an individual waiver.
If a household has minors (individuals under the age of 18) residing in the home, all minors must be recorded on the parent/guardian's waiver.

Guest Policy

Guests will pay a fee of $3 by cash or credit card. Guest pass punch cards are also permitted.
Guests are permitted in the Fitness Room only during the hours of 9 am-9 pm.
All guests 18 years of age and older MUST fill out an individual waiver.
If a resident plans to bring a guest who is a MINOR, the minor's parent or guardian MUST fill out this waiver.
Residents may not sign a waiver on behalf of a non-Kentlands resident minor.
Lakelands residents must be accompanied by a Kentlands resident at all times and pay a guest fee

Locker Rooms

Lockers located in the locker rooms are available to all eligible users and guests on a first-com, first-served basis. Users may temporarily local the lockers as a security measure. Nothing may be stored in lockers overnight and all locks must be removed. KCA reserves the right to remove locks at their discretion. (Administrative Resolution 8)
