Residents will be able to use the social, lap and wading pools!
IMPORTANT: To use the pool, Kentlands residents must review and sign the Assembly's waiver. This waiver is new and the signing of this waiver overrides and supercedes the signing of any prior waiver implemented by the Kentlands Citizens Assembly. To use the pool, ALL guests must sign the waiver and be accompanied by a Kentlands resident at all times.
Waiver Rules and Regulations: All residents who are 18 years of age and older MUST fill out a waiver. If one or more adults reside in a household, each adult over the age of 18 will need to separately fill out the waiver. If a household has minors residing in the home, only ONE adult needs to record each minor on their form.
*If a resident plans to bring a guest who is a MINOR, the minor's parent or guardian MUST fill out this waiver. Residents may not sign a waiver on behalf of a non-Kentlands resident minor.*
-To use the pool, ALL guests including Lakelands residents must submit a waiver and be accompanied by a Kentlands resident at all times. If a resident plans to bring a guest who is a MINOR, the minor's parent or legal guardian MUST fill out the waiver. Residents may not sign a waiver on behalf of a
non-Kentlands resident minor.
-Lakelands guests will be allowed to use the pool through reciprocity. Lakelands residents must bring their facilities
pass with them and fill out the Kentlands Citizens Assembly's waiver.
Reminder: For those residents who are new to the community or children who are 12 and older and need an Electronic Facilities Pass (EFP), please schedule an appointment to obtain one at the Clubhouse. An EFP gives residents access to Kentlands facilities and is required for use of such facilities. Schedule an appointment Monday - Friday, 9am-4:30pm, by calling 301-948-2071.
