Kentlands residents now have access to digitally file Visual Change Applications and other documents, receive important and timely community updates and notifications on their smart devices, make online payments with ease, and submit online inquiries, to name a few.
Increasing communication between residents, board members, and staff will amplify your connection to the Kentlands community. Stay informed with push-notifications (optional) to your email or smart device regarding severe weather alerts, announcements, and events impacting our community.
Submitting work orders becomes a simplified process in the palm of your hand, with opportunity to upload photos, descriptions, and contact information. The progress of work order requests can be tracked through the system, increasing transparency and keeping residents informed.
Pay your fees on the go, with the user-friendly Payment Portal. This feature offers the convenience of a secure method to make payments and 24-7 access to your account.
TownSq is user-friendly and offers every user the opportunity to become more involved, informed, and connected.

Download “TownSq.io” on your smart device or visit the TownSq website at
https://app.townsq.io/login and follow the steps below to register your account:
- Click “Need to Register” on the lower right-hand corner of the page
- Enter your account number
- Enter the property’s zip code
- Enter your last name
- Click “Continue”
- Click “Sign Up”
- You will be prompted to choose an email address and password
